Job Summary
The Material Handler (Stores) position supports our internal operations, logistics, and supply chain team. The team members are responsible for reviewing, managing documentation, and tracking the quantities of products within the facility.
Job Responsibilities
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and update databases with incoming and outgoing products. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records to prevent shortages or overstock situations
• Stocking: receive incoming inventory, verify quantities and product conditions, label and organize items, and store them in designated locations.
• Cycle Counts and Reporting: Perform regular inventory audits, monitor stock rotation (FIFO), and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Communicate inventory issues to management and assist in implementing inventory control improvements
• Assist department with projects and initiatives as required.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• High School degree or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience within roles aligning to warehouse associate or inventory clerk
• 1+ years of experience performing warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management
• 1+ years of experience utilizing inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Microsoft Excel, and other data entry systems
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to program security clearance requirements and/or SSA requirements.
• This job role requires proficiency in English, both verbal and written, that is sufficient to understand and effectively follow written safety procedures, company policies, work instructions, operations manuals, and more in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable and satisfactory attendance is an essential job function of this role and is critical in meeting operations and business needs”.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is between $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
