Job Summary


To provide first class administrative support to the talent team, ensuring an excellent service to all stakeholders, both internal and external.  In particular this role will coordinate internal recruitment activities and the regional graduate hiring process.

Job Responsibilities


• Lead the administrative arrangements for all internal (and where required external) hiring – including posting job requisitions, collating feedback from hiring managers, interview coordination and focusing on a quality candidate experience
• Support for external hiring as required
• Providing project support such as talent development programs for first line leaders and early careers
• Employee branding activities such as the creation of careers brochures and website content
• Raise and manage purchase orders and invoices for talent acquisition activities in the region
• To champion the Gallup Strengths Finder tool and challenge our leaders to leverage strengths of their teams and individuals
• Any other reasonable duties

Job Qualifications


Required Qualifications:


• 3+ years of talent acquisition coordination experience
• 3+ years of administrative experience
• 3+ years of experience with MS suite
• 1+ years of complex scheduling experience
• 1+ years of experience in video conferencing

Preferred Qualifications:


• GKN Aerospace experience
• Possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Top tier organization skills, with a quality driven approach
• Self-motivated
