Job Summary
The key roles of this position are supporting Helpdesk and Asset Management. This role enables the intern to gain real-world experience in the work force by working within an IT department.
Job Responsibilities

Asset Management
Computer setup, repair, decommission and recycling
Spare parts organization
Helpdesk
Computer Maintenance
End user set up and support via phone and in person
Support Printers
Perform other related duties as required.
Complete key job requirements and other tasks related to this position as assigned by cognizant management.
Job Qualifications
Must be a student currently enrolled in an Associate/Bachelor Computer Science or IT related program.
MUST BE U.S CITIZEN.
Experience in a Manufacturing or Factory Environment preferred.
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Microsoft products.
Must be able to work in a production environment and travel throughout the facilities to perform job functions.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30lbs, using proper lifting techniques.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
