Job Summary
Provide Commercial expertise and support to specific customer local team.
Work to ensure the management and resolution of commercial issues on a day to day basis such as commercial change management, support local level bids and proposals.
Informs the Programme IPTs of contractual obligations and boundaries.
First point of escalation for customer purchase order or contractual issues internally and from customer.
Job Responsibilities
A Commercial Support Representative is functionally responsible for customer satisfaction, profit & loss and maintaining delivery, quality and inventory performance to program at or above site goals.
- Receive incoming customer orders/releases. Review existing orders, part numbers, revision levels, quantities, dates and etc. Validate proposed budgets and release work authorizations
- Receive all incoming requests for proposal. Coordinate all internal activity required to respond. Assist with pricing models.
- Assist in preparing compliant proposal packages for submission to the customer
- Create new customer orders and line items as required while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in SAP
- Review, investigated, and resolved Accounts Receivable issues
- Contract administration, including coordination of changes with the customers,
- Process Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), including new agreements and renewals
- Monitor and reported customer demand changes, communicating impacts to cross-functional teams
- Maintain and updated Change Board request and ensure accurate documentation, change control, and alignment across stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Such as closing production orders, and assists other departments when necessary.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen
- Minimum of High School Diploma; Preferred: Associate's degree in Business, Finance or related fields of study
- 1 year of professional experience in contracts administration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret contracts, comparison of contracts to purchase orders and ability to recognize potential problem-areas.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, good customer relations skills, ability to multi task, and a demonstrated team player.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High attention to detail an accuracy and structured way of working.
- Highly self-motivated and self-supportive.
- Proven experience with Customer Interface and Communication
