Job Summary
To drive accelerated strategic value creation and reinforce North America Civil’s leadership by integrating business strategy, transformation, technology, and execution into a unified roadmap aligned with Melrose PLC’s 2029 market vision.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve Melrose’s 2029 market forecast by driving performance across all four pillars: Strategy, Transformation, Technology, and Execution.
- Unlock value through transformation initiatives and labor arbitrage, leveraging global capability centers for efficiency and scalability.
- Accelerate digital and automation adoption to enhance operational agility and decision-making.
- Deliver measurable savings and performance targets through disciplined execution and continuous tracking.
- Develop future-ready talent and capabilities to sustain growth and innovation in a dynamic market environment.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in transformation, shared services, or operational excellence.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital tools (AI, RPA, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
