Job Summary

Based in our Bucharest site, we are seeking to recruit a HR Officer focused to act as the sole point of contact for all HR related matters for the site.
Job Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs with HRIS ,ensuring these are reflected in reporting and analytics
- Provide standardised system data reports and associated analysis for relevant stakeholders
- Develop and deliver training to key system users within the site
- Assists in onboarding efforts, collection, data entry, and processing of relevant candidate and new hire information
- Prepare and maintenance of employee files
- Conduct onboarding and orientation activities whilst acting as the main point of contact for all new starters
- Work with rewards team / payroll teams tracking and reporting on payroll and benefits data
- Coordinate and complete relevant country compliance requirements
How You'll Contribute

Essential:
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in a HR role
- Experience working with a HRIS
- Experience working in Payroll input administration (ideally with Success Factors or Workday)
- Experience of HR Business Process framework
Desirable:
- Experience in delivering training
- Experience Coaching and developing leaders
- Experienced in recruitment
- Previous experience in Engineering/manufacturing environment
