As GKN’s Engineering Hub, we support the business with all Aerospace Engineering tasks needed. We servethe complete Aircraft Design & Development Life Cycle from Proposal to Certification, from Productionassistance to In-Flight Support.

Role Purpose

Support the M&P team in analyzing, documenting, and improving operational processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in mapping and documenting workflows and processes.
  • Support data collection and analysis for process optimization.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal participants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
  • Drawing up, releasing, implementing, and maintaining specifications for materials, processes, and relevant standard parts, as well as guidelines for their use.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Equivalent education in an engineering, manufacturing, or materials science discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative and cost-conscious mindset.
  • Attentive to details, organized, and accurate.
  • Analytical approach with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
  • Good verbal and written command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, or related field.
