Due to increased demand for our world class products, we're looking for people with related skills to come and join the team as Aerospace Fitters at our large manufacturing site in Filton, Bristol. Here we manufacture large, complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components and wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft.

You also must have completed a recognised apprenticeship (level 3) in one of the following trades (Or similar):
Please note if you possess a level 2 qualification, you will need previous experience within the aerospace sector to be considered for this position.

If you already have a recognised apprenticeship completed within the Aerospace Sector, you're of course welcome to apply here too and we can fast-track your application.
Job Qualifications
If you're joining us on the skills transfer scheme, we'll provide training and support over two years to help you achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 NVQ Technical Certificate Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (Aircraft Manufacture Mechanical)
If you'll join our skills transfer scheme, your starting salary will be £32,105, rising to £35,336 per annum when fully trained. If you're an already qualified apprentice within Aerospace, your salary will be £33,946 rising to £35,336 per annum
The standard working week is 35 hours, although you may be working shifts and sometimes there is a need for overtime - shift premium and overtime rates are paid.
