Job Summary

We are seeking a new Learning & Development Administrator who will champion the achievement of the company’s Learning and Development objectives by managing our Learning Management System. They will assist and support our curriculum and learning activity leads to set up their curriculums, courses and programmes inside Wilbur Learning. 

Job Responsibilities

  • To become adept at using the system seeking the support of a certified SAP SF Learning administrator for configuration support and troubleshooting where required.
  • To set the standards and governance for the LMS providing supporting help guides, templates, FAQs and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • To manage domain and catalogue structures to keep the LMS efficiently organised.
  • To manage notifications, certificates, evaluations and facilities in a streamlined way.
  • To set up and manage learning activities for the new hire orientation, leading self and leading others curriculums ensuring they are set up in line with the governance and standards set.
  • To set up instructors for designated learning activities, and provide training and supporting guidance for instructors.
  • To administer reports in the learning interface for designated learning activities and review/manage requests for customised reports (in the reporting module).
  • To manage roles and permissions, setting up, educating and training other administrators.
  • To support curriculum leads, learning activity leads and functional LMS administrators to set up and manage their curriculums (courses and programmes) by:
    • providing required support through explaining/demonstrating how the functionalities of the system may be used (e.g. quizzes, tests, evaluations, certificates, programs & curricula).
    • guiding learning activity leads to provide the necessary information to set up the learning activity in the most effective way and in line with our standards and naming conventions.
    • providing support to build and test the learning activity in the system.
    • providing support to set up required learning evaluation in the system.
    • publishing the learning activity to the catalogue (where required) once the learning activity has been approved.
    • managing assignment profiles once approved and requested changes to individual's learning plans/history.
    • supporting requirements to set up instructor-led sessions (where no Functional LMS Administrator has been appointed and it has been agreed to conduct this role).
    • setting up and provide functional reports where required in the learning interface and/or review/manage requests for customised reports (in the reporting module).
  • To guide regional LMS administrators to be able to manage instructor led classes and participants associated with the on boarding, leading self and leading others curriculums.
  • To provide helpdesk support to the business, resolving colleagues’ queries and escalating issues that need more technical attention to the certified SAP SF LMS administrator.
  • To support testing when new functionality is introduced and/or system upgrades take place.
  • To carry out regular system maintenance activities.
