What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Finance Graduate Programme, you can expect:
• Supporting day-to-day finance operations through rotations across multiple finance domains.
• Rotations in key areas such as Financial Performance & Analysis and Finance Control & Compliance.
• Assisting teams in areas like monthly reporting, budgeting, and gaining a deep understanding of the finance function’s core purpose.
• Becoming a finance specialist, building relationships with both the business and the wider finance community, and using bespoke analysis to influence decision-making.
• Learning and working with finance systems and tools that support efficient finance delivery.
• Supporting improvement projects and leading initiatives for timely and accurate data delivery.
• Preparing and analysing revenue and cost data.
• Contributing to risk management efforts and driving change initiatives.

What You'll Bring
• Degree in Business Management, Finance or related field (2.1 or Higher)
• Good communication skills; fluent in English language, both written and spoken
• Perform well as member of a team
• An awareness of the Aerospace industry
