How You'll Contribute

The HR Systems Specialist will be responsible for supporting multiple system related projects, overseeing system administration, analysing data and responding to HR data requests, and ensuring system HR users, managers and employees fully adopt HR processes and system functionality.

If performing the role of super user, they will be responsible for training newcomers and providing refresher training to existing staff including employees and managers in their area of expertise. They will be trained as part of each new deployment launch, test new functionality and support their local teams throughout the deployment phase and then in ‘business as usual’ running.

 

The role will vary but will include some or all of the following:

  • Configure, maintain, and support your specialist SAP SuccessFactors module
  • Collaborate with global GKN stakeholders HR business partners, to gather and analyse business requirements
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Perform regular system audits and data validations to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Lead testing efforts for system updates, enhancements, and new functionality
  • Document system processes, configurations, and best practices
  • Partner with the SAP SuccessFactors team and/or vendors for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Deliver user training, develop training materials, and support end-user adoption.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and process efficiency

What You'll Bring

Essential

  • 3+ years of hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • At least 2 years working specifically in one of the SF modules: Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Reporting & Analytics
  • Sound understanding of SAP SF integrations
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Excellent English communication skills

Desirable

  • Degree level qualification in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, and a related field
  • SAP related certification
  • Experience working within a multi-national or enterprise-scale environment

Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Technical aptitude with cloud based HR systems
  • Change management and training delivery
