Regulatory compliance and audit readiness

  • Ensure readiness for CSRD/ESRS, ISSB and other regulatory requirements by establishing robust policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
  • Support external assurance and verification activities, managing findings and maintaining ongoing audit readiness for regulators, investors and rating agencies.

Support Functional Development:

  • Develop an ESG data governance community, training materials and capability‑building programs across the organization.
  • Support scenario modelling and forecasting (e.g., decarbonization pathways, regulatory impacts) and benchmark against peers and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track global sustainability trends and advise the business on strategic implications.

What you will bring

  • Passionate, self‑driven team player who thrives in a high‑performing, multinational environment and is motivated to embed sustainability across the business,
