Job Summary

To support development and implementation of IT Technical solutions primarily but not limited to SharePoint, VB.net and Python within agreed program, cost, schedule, and quality constraints. This role also sustains and maintains various enterprise knowledge management systems.

  •      To support development and implementation of IT Technical solutions primarily but not limited in SharePoint, VB.net and Python within agreed program, cost, schedule, and quality constraints. 
  •      To evaluate the technical requirements against the available solutions and present and develop best solutions in terms of ease of use, maintainability, and cost effectiveness
  •      Should be able to explain technical solutions effectively to stakeholders by creating demo, presentations etc. for clarity and understanding of the solution.
  •      Provide input to bids and proposals within assigned programmes/projects.
  •      Should document all the project related documents such as specifications, requirements, design and solution documents along with user acceptance documents.
  •      Support generation of test specifications/plans and/or alternate means of compliance as required to demonstrate designed solution complies with requirements.
  •      Perform all activities at a level of independence with the support of lead and expert engineers.

Job Responsibilities

  •      Must possess good customer interaction skills and also should be customer centric with respect to solutions.
  •      Must possess a good level of technical problem solving skills.
  •      Expertise in SharePoint, .net and Python programming
  •      Experience in customer facing roles and requirements gathering.
  •      Able to act under own initiative with suitable guidance within defined functional procedures / governance.
  •      Ability to describe technical information to a wide audience within the business.
  •      Have an awareness of Lean Principles.
  •      Able to analyse and interpret customer requirements.

  •      Able to support budget compliance of the own activities.

Job Qualifications

Holds relevant academic qualifications (Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related). 
Exp. 5-8 yrs
