Overview
GKN Aerospace designs and delivers exciting and diverse programmes of work to our customers across our broad range of markets around the world. It requires specialist expertise and capability to manage programmes to meet customer, schedule, cost and quality requirements.
What we look for
We are looking for professionals who can:
- Deliver high quality, mature and certificated components to the customer
- Be the primary interface with the Customer for all aspects of the programme including the areas of Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial and Manufacturing/Operations
- Build positive and mutually beneficial relationships with the Customer to ensure overall customer satisfaction and to support the strategic development of Customer relationships towards achieving follow on programmes
- Ensure best in class programme management and leadership skills are developed and deployed to ensure the successful delivery performance of their programmes.
