We have a dedicated training team, who, along with our partnership colleges, will provide specialist skills training, tailor-made for our apprentices. Our experienced training advisors support you throughout your apprenticeship, and are committed to helping you achieve your full potential.

“An Aircraft Fitting apprenticeship with GKN Aerospace has enabled me to gain both a theoretical and hands-on experience of engineering. As part of my apprenticeship programme I have had opportunities to participate in events such as Cool Aeronautics. I enjoy interacting with students to give guidance in the hope of inspiring future engineers. Upon completion of my apprenticeship I would like to continue working for GKN Aerospace and develop into a Team Leader role enabling me to reinvest my dedication back into the company in recognition of GKN Aerospace’s efforts in developing me as a skilled employee.”
